Share the practice you love so much with your kiddos! Kids observe so much more than we realize, let's set a good example by allowing them to practice alongside us in a special Family Yoga Class. 

Classes for kids 12 and under will include a parent and not be heated. Teen classes may have medium heat.  We are limiting the sizes of the classes so make sure to reserve your spot below. Although age range is 7-12 please contact us if you think your little one could benefit and falls outside of the suggested age range. Classes not meeting a minimum number of participants up to 48 hours before will be cancelled and refunded, so book today!
