Studio Procedures

COVID-19 Requirements

  • Please register (by creating an account in Wellness Living)for class(es) that you wish to attend.
  • Mask must be worn into Studio; Staff will take your temperature (via external forehead thermometer)
  • Doors will be propped open to the studio & lobby (to eliminate touch point for multiple people)
  • Doors unlock 15 minutes prior to class
  • Please plan accordingly to arrive promptly for class
  • Classes are limited to maintain a 6-foot physical distancing between students
  • *The Unlimited Virtual Monthly Membership is the opportunity to participate in all of our live-stream classes on the schedule.  Bent Yoga utilizes the Wellness Living software platform in conjunction with Zoom (no membership needed/free version applies) to connect with all of the studio's live-stream offerings.  In addition this membership grants you permission to access our Virtual Library.  Classes in every style offered at Bent Yoga including: Yin, Gentle Flow, Slow Burn, Guided Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Vinyasa with Weights & Vinyasa with HIIT are available at your convenience.  No matter the day of the week or time day...you will have the ability to land on your mat, find the practice that you need to suit your needs to re-charge, rejuvenate, and take charge of your life!
